Women's Self-Defense Program

Our program for women's self-defense teaches techniques and strategies that women can use to both avoid and survive hostile encounters.

The techniques utilize simple, effective, movements to defend against and counter an attacker. Focus is placed on attacking the weak areas of the body to achieve maximum results with minimum effort. Students learn how to maintain a solid structure while dealing with attacks such as grabs, strikes, and other types of assault.

The strategies of the program are directed toward teaching the broader aspects of personal safety. These include areas such as awareness of people and surroundings, making smart decisions when dealing with potential situations, and how to use your environment to your advantage.

Our women's self-defense program is usually taught in a seminar setting with classes taking place once or twice a week for 4 to 6 weeks. We have taught this program to many groups in the pacific northwest including both corporations and universities. If you are interested attending a seminar or having us teach a women's self-defense course for your group, please contact us.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like some more information.
